I like to think that I am a bargain shopper. My mom always tells me I know how to find a good deal so I have just started to believe it. I never buy an item full price (ok I lied, the last pair of jeans I bought were full price but they were also the only pair in the store not on sale and I was made so I still bought them lol). I always have a coupon or buy something on sale. Today I think was my greatest score. Since the wedding (in May) I have been wanting to buy a photobook from Shutterfly. They are just so dang expensive! Even with the coupons or discounts they give to them. Random tid bit, if I'm buying something online and it says it's 9.99 but then the price goes up 7 dollars for shipping I don't buy it. Shipping is probably my biggest pet peeve. lol I know you need to pay shipping but why pay 6 dollars for a piece of paper? makes no sense. ANYWHO back to my stellar story. I receiveda $20.00 off coupon for shutterfly today. I was like oh sweet, "I'll buy the WE'VE MOVED cards to send to people so they know our address!" So I browsed. Didn't feel like spending that amount on them still. Well I checked my email and there was a shutterfly email. Opened it up and it said 40% Photo Books! With the discount code. So then I went to their site and they had free shipping for orders over $30! After I made my photobook and got it finalized, I went to the check out. My total was like $47.00 total with shipping. I applied all my coupons and it brought my grand total to a whopping $2.99 :) I got an amazing book for the price of a pen! Awesome. And I got free shipping (obviously) I LOVE FREE SHIPPING. It makes me excited lol. I'm a nerd and I don't care.
Besides that awesome deal, I didn't save in one other part of my life. Dental. I chucked out a couple hundred pennies for a stupid retainer cause my dog ate mine. I remember when my orthodontist told me to keep away from pets and my response at the time was "we don't have any dogs" well now my husband and I have two. And little did i know little magster would eat it:) LOVE HIM.
That's all for now,
toodles,
A
